ARA ABRAHAMYAN
Ara Аbrahamyan was born on 15 April 1957 in Malishka village, Armenia, in the family of a physician. He gained a higher economic education. Mr.Аbrahamyan started his career in “Neuron” industrial enterprise, passing in short time the way from engineer to director general.
1989 – appointed Deputy Head of Department at the USSR Ministry of Electronic Industry.
1991 – has become the President of COMEX company
1993 - Soglasie Ltd was established by Ara Аbrahamyan who remains the company’s president.
1999 – UNESCO Certificate of Honor for high social activity
2000 – “Saint Enlightner Order”, the highest award of the Armenian Apostolic Church, for merits to the Armenian people
2000 - Union of Armenians in Russia”, an all-Russian social organization established by the initiative of Ara Аbrahamyan, actively functioning nowadays. Traditionally, Russian entrepreneurs attend Armenia and Artsakh in order to give an impact to trade and economic relationship between two states and strengthen integration within the CIS
2001- Russian Federation “Man of the Year” prize winner for strengthening the civil society.
2001 – Benevolence dining hall “Arshavir and Baidzar Abrahamyan” opened and functioning in Yerevan city. Two buildings with 130 apartments purchased with financial support of Ara Аbrahamyan and passed in kind to refugees.
2002 – granted Drouzhba (“Friendship”) order and nominated UNESCO’s “Good Will
Ambassador” for dialogue development between civilizations
2003 – institutional cession of the World Armenian Congress (WAC) took place in Moscow by the initiative of Ara Аbrahamyan, which started the activity for unification of Armenians around the major national tasks. Ara Аbrahamyan was elected a President of Congress.
2004 – Legion of Honour granted to Ara Аbrahamyan by the French President, Jacque Chirac
2005 - “Man of the Year” prize winner for the second time, in nomination “Policy “
2007 – Co-Chair of the “Science Development Foundation” in the Armenian National Academy of Sciences
Ara Аbrahamyan built an Armenian Church of St. Anne and a Museum of Russian/ Armenian Friendship in his native village Malishka. He also supported bulding a schhol in the village,fully furnished by the necessary equipment. A similar school started to be built in Stepanakert
Ara Аbrahamyan pays significant attention to issues of education, particularly to teaching of the
Armenian language in the native communities residing in Russia, with the aim to preserve its
Originality.
He took part in several humanitarian actions, helping the people in trouble. Particularly, Armenian pilots and Russian seamen were released from custody in Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, thanks to personal involvement and active diplomatic efforts demonstrated by Ara Аbrahamyan.
Ara Аbrahamyan is the citizen of Russian Federation. He is married and has three children.


GAGIK TSARUKYAN
Gagik Tsaroukyan was born on November 25, 1956 in Arinj Village in the Abovyan region.
Mr. Tsaroukyan graduated from the Armenian State Institute of Physical Education. He was the winner of the World Arm Wrestling Championship and the European Arm Wrestling Championship in 1998. He was also the president of Armenia’s National Olympic Committee. Mr. Tsaroukyan was awarded the St. Grigor Lousavorich Medal (2002) and Movses Khorenatsi Medal (2003).

From 1989-1990 he was a chief engineer in a hothouse of the Yerevan Institute of Animal Husbandry and Treatment. From 1990-1992 he was the executive director of Armenia Company. In 1992 he started the biggest animal husbandry complex in Armenia and in 1995 the first private dairy plantproduction. In 1996 he purchased the controlling stock of Kotayk Abovyan Beer Factory, in 1997 the Abovyan Plant of Measuring Equipment and Yerevan Chemical Drug Company were also included in his enterprise. In 1997 he founded Mek Furniture Network. In 1998 he obtained the controlling stock of Aviaservice, the only private company providing services to planes and passengers in Armenia and started Aviasnund, an enterprise serving Yerevan Airport. From 1999-2002 he created the petrol station network Multi Leon. In 2000 he founded Multi Group Financial and Industrial Complex, which in 2002 included also Multi Stone Stone Processing Company and Yerevan Ararat Brandy, Wine and Vodka Factory.

On May 25, 2003 he was elected as a deputy of the NA from electoral district # 42. He is currently on the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs. He is not a member of any of the NA faction or deputy group and has no political party affiliation.

Mr. Tsaroukyan is married and has six children.
